Our business is the ownership of quality commercial property and the management of those properties to the very highest standards. The aim is to provide the best value accommodation available in the marketplace to customers and supplying them with a quality and efficient service.

We own 70 buildings across the North West, with over 5 million square feet of office space. These properties are conservatively valued at £660m. Turnover for 2004 was £60m and profits continue to grow.

We own approximately 25% of Manchester city centre office stock and accounted for 25% of all city centre lettings in 2003 with over 800 customers.

We differentiate ourselves from other property companies by placing a strong emphasis on customer service and moving away from the traditional landlord and tenant relationship. Over recent years the company has purchased a number of buildings built in the 1960s/1970s and refurbished them to provide quality office space. We refurbish our own buildings allowing us greater control over quality and cost.
