Harvester has 20 years of rich hospitality history and a very distinct culture around great, healthy food and excellent people. We have evolved immensely over the years and are continuing to enjoy tremendous success in what we do.
Here at Harvester, we are proud of our fresh, honest food, our warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere. We are the ideal place for people looking for a great value meal, a celebration with the family or a quick bite to eat in the lunch break. Our pubs are the perfect locations to unwind after work with a drink or snack, or whiling away a Sunday afternoon on one of the sofas whilst indulging in something from one of the menus!
Harvester works brilliantly for families - and theres no better place to be for the under 10s! We dont just care about kids having fun, but also about the food they eat - each dish is put together to provide a healthy, wholesome meal. We dont use GM foods and with as many trips to the salad cart as they can manage, they are sure to get their 5 portions of fruit and veg per day!!

Managers
As a Manager, you are given the scope, responsibility and support to take your restaurant to the highest level. We are looking for high calibre Managers to continue driving the brand forward through visionary hospitality and great leadership through driving your teams from the front. With a sound business knowledge, you will have the skills to create an energetic team that wows the guest with fantastic service every time.
Deputy/Assistant Managers
Working very closely with a great Manager and deputising in their absence, these roles are key in developing your people skills and business knowledge. Whether you are fresh from college/university or looking for a move to a business that will give you the career you deserve, we will invest in your development and support your success as you grow into your next role.
Kitchen Managers
As a Kitchen Manager, you are an influential member of the Management team, ensuring that your kitchen runs to the highest of standards and that every one of the first class chefs you employ are proud of the food that they deliver to our guests. Your experience in a busy kitchen environment and your leadership skills will help you to take the helm and create a team that is the envy of the industry.
