The Company

Since its inception in 1990, Macdonald Hotels has grown from its initial two hotels in Scotland to over 70 hotels nationwide. The estate is extremely diverse, with properties ranging from baronial castles, former coaching inns and manor houses to traditional and modern hotels, all at the top end of the market. The business continues to grow, with a massive investment in the fabric of the properties with design and roll--out of home grown leisure &fine dining brands and, of course, in our people.

NVQ s utilising college links to provide on and off--job training supported by personal development planning and mentoring sessions to develop rounded skillsets and achieve recognised qualifications.
