With a collection of over 20 great pubs across the country, we plan more as we find the right sites and are looking to recruit some budding industry leaders. More pubs, means more general managers, more head chefs, and more assistant managers!

Our pubs (we call them 'Country Pubs & Eating Houses' - rather than 'gastro pubs') feature relaxing bars and dining rooms seating up to 100 guests.

The designs are unique and iconic, many have tried to emulate the feel but miss the things that make our pubs special. In most cases, that's the people. We believe that to have a special pub, the people have to be the best around, with a personality and flair for the business.

We're looking for people who want to have plenty of experience operating in an environment of disciplined standards.
