What qualifications do I need?

You'll probably need a HND or degree - in Food Product Management, for instance - for this role. A general degree in biology or biochemistry would be an advantage too.

To be a successful Product Development Chef, you'll be someone who enjoys working at the creative edge of food production. You'll need to have plenty of ideas for new products, with the enthusiasm and culinary expertise to convince those around you that each product is the next big thing.
