Reservations Agent -Central London 4*- IMMEDIATE START
My client is a very large Central London 4 Star Hotel currently recruiting for an Reservations Agent to maximize revenue through proactive selling.
The property has 500 plus bedrooms and a busy leisure and corporate mix and can offer excellent career opportunities and progression.
The Role: Reservations Agent
Role Criteria
- The ideal Reservations Agent will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience
- The Reservations Agent will be aiding in the smooth running of the department
- The Reservations Agent will be responsible high levels of customer service.
- The Reservations Agent will be reporting directly into the Reservations manager
- Reservations Agent must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Reservations Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years supervisory or assistant level experience within a similar operation
- Excellent opportunity for an experienced Reservations Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role
