Sales Manager
Our client is a leading global hotel group currently recruiting for a Sales Manager.The property has extensive meeting space and candidates should be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of MICE,Corporate sales experience.
Airport experience and contacts in this sector would be a distinct advantage.
The Role: Sales Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Sales Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience and ideally local market knowledge
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the department runs smoothly at all times
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for client show rounds, selling all of the facilities of the hotel and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Sales Manager will be reporting directly into the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Sales Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Sales Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years supervisory or assistant level experience within a similar operation
