CHEF DE PARTY PASTRY - 3 AA ROSETTE
An experienced, dynamic Pastry Chef is required for this multi award-winning, 3AA Rosette Restaurant Hotel in the heart of the stunning Lake District.
As Pastry Chef running your own section you will collaborate creatively with the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of both TDH and A La Carte dessert menus. Duties will focus on the daily production of seasonal desserts, petit fours and breads using only the finest and freshest of ingredients sourced from both local and national suppliers.
As a motivated Pastry Chef you will also assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, managing budgets, and collaborating with key suppliers to ensure that 3 AA Rosette standards are sustained.
You should ideally have at least 2 years experience of working within high quality establishments with a minimum of 3 AA Rosettes.
