Restaurant Manager
Our client is a luxury red star hotel currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the 2AA brasserie restaurant
The property has an ward winning restaurant with extensive leisure facilities.
The Role: Restaurant Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Restaurant Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
- The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department
- The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Restaurant Manager will be reporting directly into the Food and Beverage Manager
- Restaurant Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Restaurant Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years Assistant Restaurant Manager / supervisory experience within a similar operation
- Excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager / Supervisor looking for a progressive and challenging role
