Sous Chef
Our client is a luxury Hotel and Country Club currently recruiting for a Sous Chef.
The property has an 18 hole Golf Course and boasts some great leisure facilities. Our client is looking to appoint the right candidate ASAP. Great opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role: Sous Chef
Role Criteria
- The ideal Sous Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
- The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- The Sous Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
- The Sous Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
- Sous Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
- The successful Sous Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / level or higher within a similar operation.
