This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy staff team in a independently owned, award winning gastro pub in Sheffield/Derbyshire area. This property is facilitates a large amount of covers for both lunches and evening meals, serving a variety of freshly cooked high quality award recognised food.
As Restaurant Manager you will be required to:
·Deputise the manager, covering their role in any absence
·Recruiting, training, developing and motivating staff
·Maintaining high standards
·Ensuring customer satisfaction
·Recommend complimenting real ales
This establishment is a food led operation with an excellent reputation for efficient, friendly and informed service.
All applicants MUST have at least 1 years experience within a quality Gastro pub or a popular fine dining restaurant
Ideally you will have experience of working within 1, ideally 2 rosette establishment !
This is a terrific opportunity for a existing supervisor or a very strong waiter/bar person from a gastro background
