Our client is a luxury 4* Hotel currently recruiting for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee several outlets, team of 15, stocvk and cost control and 100cv restaurant
The Role: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Departments
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be reporting directly into the Deputy General Manager
- Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience
- The successful Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
