Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Salary: £16,500-19,500 (Dependant on experience)
Location: Cannock (area)
The Venue:
·Busy, traditional “Silver service” restaurant
·Large banqueting facilities catering for party bookings
·Catering for over 300 guests
·English, fresh food.
The Role:
·Staff management / delegation
·Direct reports FOH section leaders, Restaurant Supervisors, Food Bar & House Keeping staff
·Drawing up rotas
·Supervise functions / shifts
·Liaison with the chef
·Working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the venue
·Checking incoming goods
·Healthy & Safety
·Security
·Hygiene
·Deal with issues as they arise
·Communicate with management to include marketing strategies
·Implement personnel policies and procedures
·Deliver relevant staff training and coaching
·Monitor staff uniform and standards
·Control food waste management.
