Bar Staff/ Supervisor needed to run all aspects of this busy bar and also assist with all restaurant, food and beverage duties and other general duties in this busy award winning gastro with rooms in beautiful North Yorkshire countryside.
This Rosette accredited hotel and restaurant in North Yorkshire serves the highest standard of food possible and is currently looking for a Bar Person/Supervisor to join their already successful team and assist them in achieving their goals and sustaining high quality standards of customer service.
It is essential for the role of Bar Person/Supervisor in North Yorkshire that you are punctual and well presented, enthusiastic and eager to learn and have a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and dress.
Applicants must also have experience within a top quality gastro / at Bar Staff/ Supervisory level and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
The Bar Person/Supervisor should also be hard working, professional, with a desire to progress in the industry and a passion for the highest standards. A strong knowledge of Beers, Cocktails & Wine is desirable for this position and you must be customer focused, enjoy working as part of a team and with people and be willing to go that extra mile.
Benefits for theBar Person/Supervisor include a competitive salary of £13,000 - £14,000, dependant on previous experience, with monthly Tips , meals on duty, uniform and training.
Live in is available at very cheap rates
The working pattern is five days in seven working 40 hours per week, reporting to the Owners who are very hands on
Ideally you will have your own transport, due to the rural location this would be an advantage, but not essential
