The ideal Kitchen Manager or Head Chef will be based in Stratford upon Avon in Warwickshire and will have the following personal specifications and skills:
- Experience of at least a year as kitchen manager within a branded restaurant
- Experience dealing with high volumes and busy kitchens
- Be able to cook to company specifications and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Be passionate about the food & drink industry!
- Maintain quality standards by providing training to the staff
- Be business orientated: always be proactive and create solutions for improvement
- Be assertive, switched on with drive and energy
