Chef required for very busy country pub in Exmoor. Must have great people skills and be enthusiastic and energetic. Should have good experience in high volume venues. Be a creative thinker and be able to work at times on your own under pressure. Will work with the owners in creating and adapting menu with the seasons. Should be able to produce exciting daily specials. We produce very good and visually stunning pub food using great local ingredients. Be fully aware of current hygiene regulations and have level 2 (basic) food hygiene This is not a live in position so must have transport or live locally.
