Our client is a top 4* hotel currently recruiting for a Groups and Events Reservations Co-ordinator

The Role: Reservations Co-ordinator
Role Criteria
- The ideal Reservations Co-ordinator will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience
- The Reservations Co-ordinator will assist in the day to day running of the reservations department
- The Reservations Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Reservations Co-ordinator will be reporting directly into their supervisor
- Reservations Co-ordinator must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Reservations Co-ordinator will have at least 12 moths experience within a guest service environment, preferably hotels.
- Excellent opportunity for an experienced Reservations Co-ordinator looking for a progressive and challenging role
