My client is now looking for a very experienced Executive Chef to bring together Three Rosette Cuisine, in three kitchens within a high end and luxury hotel in Nottinghamshire. This is fantastic opportunity to join a growing popular leisure company within a niche market.
What is it all About…
You will be working within one of their flagship hotels to provide an exceptionally high quality of food which is provided fresh, on a daily basis for your guests. Ideally, this will suit an experienced head chef who has proven skills and experience within a 2/3 rosette environment.Due to the demand of the job , you must able to manage and maintain a brigade of 22 across the three kitchens,consisting of a 300 seaterbuffet restaurant, Italian restaurant and 1 Rosette Fine dining restaurant.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation plus creating your own menus You will have key health and safety responsibilities as well as ordering and stock control.
What’s Expected…
If you match the following criteria, then this position may be for you:-
* The Ideal candidate will have worked and gained at least 2 Rosettes in their own right
* Previous experience in a 4/5 Star hotel and/or 2/3 Rosette restaurant as a Head Chef
* Lives in Nottinghamshire/ Sheffield area or have a strong reason to relocate back to the area.
* Strong Leader and Management skills
* Effective Communicator especially at Senior management level
The Reward…
The salary on offer is between £30,000 and £36,000 per year plus a 25% achievable bonus. You will work 5 days out of 7. The shifts will be straight. There are considerable and generous company benefits.
