This opening is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast, paced very busy outlet
Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager is essential, and you must be confident to take control as and when necessary.
The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager should be a strong leader, able to run a busy restaurant alone, controlling staffing and rotas.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be able to manage a team of approximately 10 staff, leading by example with a “hands on” approach.
In the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be working straight shifts with an attractive salary of up to£18,000
, you also need to be a friendly and approachable person who thrives in a fast paced yet beautiful environment.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will have high standards of service and be used to being in a busy environment, ideally having their own transport.
