Breakfasts to 40, lunches 20 - 30 and dinners 60 - 80 covers.
4 chefs plus kitchen porters.
45 hours per week 5 days from 7. Overtime for working days off.
Staff accommodation own room shared facilities at £30 - £45 per week.
