As kitchen manager you will be responsible for this busy restaurant operation cooking in a high volume branded environment, This is a fantastic role for the right head chef to develop there career within a large branded company, you will be responsible for training and developing your team. The chosen kitchen manager must come from a strong branded and volume background along with excellent understanding of all hygiene due diligence and be used to cooking consistently for high numbers.
