The region of Angus is easily the most bountiful in the U.K stunning fish, seafood, beef, pork and vegetables. Our Chef will fully exploit our location in the heart of Angus, sourcing mainly local produce and presenting to our guests with passion, imagination consistancy and skill.
The Head Chef will come on board asap assiting us with the recruitment of all kitchen staff, designing and planning the kitchen and playinga part in the pre-opening marketing of the restaurant.
