As part of our continual growth, we are delighted to announce The Duke of Richmond Hotel, St Peter Port, Guernsey, is now part of the award-winning luxury collection of family-run boutique hotels, The Red Carnation Hotel Collection. The hotel re-opens in May 2012 following extensive refurbishment and we are looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager to join our existing Head of Department team.

As the Human Resources Manager you will:

·Manage the recruitment & selection process

·Manage HR administration

·Provide advice to the hotel management team on employee relations issues

·Co-ordinate and deliver training in the hotel, including (but not exclusively) induction and statutory training

·Co-ordinate the appraisal process

·Coach and mentor Heads of Department

·Build relationships with local schools & colleges and support careers and training events as appropriate
