As part of our continual growth, we are delighted to announce The Duke of Richmond Hotel, St Peter Port, Guernsey, is now part of the award-winning luxury collection of family-run boutique hotels, The Red Carnation Hotel Collection. The hotel re-opens in May 2012 following extensive refurbishment and we are looking to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Financial Controller will be:

·Inventory control & cost of sales reconciliation

·Payroll input & administration

·Purchase Ledger input & administration

·Sales Ledger checking, and issuing of invoices

·Banking & cash control including cashiering variance reporting and follow up

·Control & checking of travel agents and conference booker’s commission

·Daily revenue control & reporting

·Specific Balance Sheet reconciliation

·Month end accounting – Journal input & statistical reporting
