Retail Visual Merchandiser £16-20k - West Sussex
Our client is looking for an experienced retail merchandiser to support the Shops Team with merchandise displays, manage compliance to promotional activity and to coach & share best practise across the department with Retail Standards.
The role reports to the head of Retail and your Key Accountabilities will include:
- Support Head of Department Shops with improving Store Standards in all venues.
- Work with the Resorts Teams to improve merchandising standards through visual merchandising display principles.
- Build relationships with Team and understand day to day requirements of each store
- Support Resort Teams workload with key calendar event changes
- Drive compliance to Retail Promotions Calendar and Planograms
- Identify ``hotspots`` in all venues for key merchandise displays or retail activity.
- Creative new display areas and coach Team on best practise.

Salary
£16-20k dependant on experience.
