Then DeVere Hotels & Village Urban Resorts are looking for you to join our “Fly with DeVere” Graduate Scheme.
Flying with DeVere has been developed with you and your future in mind; we want to launch your career whilst ensuring you receive extensive training and development throughout.
DeVere Hotels & Village Urban Resorts consists of hotels based throughout the UK, set within a growing and unique market.
Fly with DeVere will be set within a 1 1/2 year structured programme which will see you undergo 12 week periods of intensive training. You will gain key experience and develop your skills within the 3 main areas of our hotels:- Rooms, Leisure, Food & Beverage.
You will quickly gain the experience and knowledge you will need to lead and supervise a team on a daily basis and after completion of year 1 you will be considered for potential Head of Department roles within the business.
Extensive development is provided throughout the “Fly with DeVere” programme with regular training courses and project work - all of which will develop and shine your high performance behaviour skills needed to be a success within the hospitality industry and our company overall.
To be selected for our “Fly with DeVere” programme you will be a recent university graduate to degree level with an excellent academic track record and a real passion for the hospitality industry. No previous hospitality experience required.
