My client is one of the UKs leading entertainment providers. Due to organic growth they are currently looking for a successful and innovative Cinema Manager to help lead their team in a brand new flagship site in London.

The ideal candidate will have proven management experience from a high end retail, leisure or hospitality background and will be practised in recruitment, coaching and developing and inspiring team members.

You should be presentable, have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering first class customer service, the drive and determination to be successful and the desire to deliver the best possible customer service.

Your role will be to assist the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, and developing the team in order maximise sales and hit the targets of the complex
