To be responsible for the operation of the Conference Events and Banqueting operations ensuring guest satisfaction is achieved whilst maintaining company standards of product, service, systems, safety, health and maximising profit.

Requirements
Supervisory/Management experience Minimum of 2 years F&B experience Basic Food Hygiene First Aid Attention to detail Financial acumen. Good Leadership skills. Good communication skills. Able to work under pressure. Be flexible as the position involves long hours and weekends so the ideal candidate will have to be highly motivated and fully committed.

Responsibilities
To ensure that levels of service in the C&B areas are of a consistent high standard and meet or exceed customer expectations. To ensure regular guest feedback is obtained via our GSS and Guest Response Slips and that action is taken in response to these. To ensure that the physical product is maintained by correct treatment of equipment and regular communication with the Property department to remedy any defect in conjuction with correct use of cleaning and maintenance schedules.To identify and act upon opportunities for development of additional customers and increase of revenues in your outlet and throughout the hotel To ensure that personal contact is maintained with existing guests to ensure high level of returns and increased revenue To actively encourage all members of your team to take a personal interest in improving quality throughout the Department. To involve all associates in self checking quality/standards audit to augment external brand standard audit.
