Requirements
Experience: Previous experience of food service in a similar style of operation preferred but not essential Skills and Knowledge Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) Pro-active and reliableAble to work alone and within a teamFlexible hours in line with business needs Must be well presented and have excellent personal hygieneEducation or Certification Good level of English essential Basic Food Hygiene Certificated

Responsibilities
To ensure that you have a full product knowledge of all menu items and their service to ensure customer satisfaction.To maintain a high standard of service within conference events at all times as laid down within the company service standards.To promote sales and achieve maximum sales potential for both food and beverages.Clear and lay tables throughout and after service. Ensure that the still room is and service areas are clean and tidy at all times. Deal with customer queries and try to resolve immediately. Making full use of the Guest Response procedures.To communicate with others in department to ensure excellent customer relations.To ensure that service to the guests is of a prompt and efficient manner in line with company standards. To play an active part in the Marriott International training and culture of the company
