Requirements
- Ability to understand and execute and support Marriott Customer Service Standards and Marriott Brand Standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team in providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent selling skills and can effectively upsell products.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationship e.g., associates, customers
Responsibilities
- Supplying the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public eye or back of house areas.
- To assist with any aspects of food and beverage service as and when required.
- To complete all cleaning tasks as specified in the cleaning rota.
- To take all orders, record, bill and take payment of all orders either by cash, credit card, cheques and balance correctly after the days service
- To provide and ensure a fast and efficient service of food and beverage to guests in the appropriate area, e.g. breakfast; toast/tea coffee; lobby bar; restaurant; or designated area of the hotel.
