It attracts guests who are visiting London for both business and leisure. It is one of Europe's biggest and best conference venues. With 1054 bedrooms and 40 function rooms we can accommodate up to 3000 delegates under one roof.
What will I be doing?The Security Department is responsible for the safety and security of all guests, visitors, Team Members and contractors whilst they are in the hotel. It is also responsible for the safety and security of the hotel premises. Specific responsibilities include:
- Helping to maintain the security and safety of the hotel, guests and Team Members property by constant vigilance in and around the hotel premises
- Maintaining the security and safety of the hotel premises through routine inspections and acting promptly in any circumstances requiring attention
- Responsibility for ensuring all fire fighting equipment requirements are met
- Assist Management in dealing with any incidents arising in the hotel
- Follow all Health & Safety rules within the hotel
- Previous Security experience, preferably in a people environment
- A good working knowledge of Fire and First Aid procedures
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Smart and well presented
