Job Description:

We re seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who can demonstrate a dedication to a quality service.

You ll help to maintain Macdonald Hotels and Resorts high standards of cleanliness and efficiency ensuring that all of the core standards are implemented and adhered to in every one of our bedrooms and public areas.

You ll recruit, train and oversee your team of Room Attendants and Laundry staff, playing your part in controlling budgets and stock levels, and liaise with your team, trades people, line manager and the guests themselves.

Ideally you ll already be in a supervisory role or looking to make the next move in your career. You will be customer-focused and have excellent team working and communication skills.
