Main Duties & Responsibilities

You will be part of a team involved in the preparation of our popular afternoon tea, formal banquets and Foyer & Reading Room Restaurant.

As a 2nd Commis Chef in Pastry, you will be required to assist the Pastry team of 15 in the preparation and service of exquisite patisserie items and desert items and ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Entry Requirements

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
