Role
Working closely with the General Manager, responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the daily smooth running of the entire Venue (£26,000 Net Sales per week – Wet Led)
Ability to Effectively Set Standards & Work on Own Initiative
Wine / Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Purchasing, Invoices, Auditing, Wastage Control
Rotas, Team Training & Development, Briefings
General Bookkeeping, Banking & Figure Reporting (Budgets – P&L / EPOS Systems)
Due Diligence: H&S, Hygiene Records & Procedures, Etc
Management Meetings & Business Marketing

Candidate Profile
Min 6 Months Experience at Supervisory / Duty Manager Level within Similar Establishment
Positive / Proactive Work Ethic, Personality & Temperament – Genuine Passion for Music
Ability to Manage & Set Standards Effectively
Attention to Detail with ‘Hands On’ Working Style
Outgoing Personality with Genuine Desire to Commit to Role Long Term
Salary & Benefits
£22,000 – £24,000 Basic Start Salary Package + Performance Related Bonuses (currently under review)
3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
