Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager - Central / East London - Candidate RequirementAssistant General Managers for the Brand normally come from high volume, up beat, fast paced branded restaurant/bar backgrounds. So ideally we are looking for General Managers with experience of one of the UK’s leading Brands – you know who you are!
We are looking for BIG flamboyant personalities for this client, no shrinking violets! The managers are very much sleeves rolled up in these businesses delivering that personal touch to each & everyone that walks through the door.So ideally you should be a happy, smiley individual that enjoys an informal atmosphere in your restaurant for both your staff & your guests.
We welcome CV’s from those in high st branded operations as well as those from indie restaurant businesses – ideally at least a couple of years experience at your current level & as the volumes are huge we are ideally looking for those that have experience in really busy business.
