The Company
Our client, the market leader in their sector, is now looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to join the senior management team in managing the busy customer facing restaurant. Serving an all day fresh locally sourced menu in stylish contemporary surroundings you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the business.
A massive bonus is that you will work retail style hours, so no late evenings and every other weekend off - there is also ample free parking and very reaslistic career progression as the company continues to develop.
We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience gained as an assistant restaurant / cafe / catering manager in busy high volume commercial operations.
Cooking skills.
The ability to train, develop, and motivate teams to deliver.
- An understanding of controlling budgets & costs.
- Passion for working with fresh food.
- Excellent people and organisation.
- A keen eye for detail and hands-on approach.
- A desire to have a good work life balance.
The Rewards
