A fantastic bar & restaurant based in a vibrant location is looking for a talented Assistant Manager to join their team.
This is a 70 cover restaurant with a large al fresco area, plus a large seated bar area serving a great rage of cocktails, wines and beers along with some wonderful contemporary gastro style food. A fantastic part of their menu, and a sign of their quality, comes from the meat which is delivered from their very own farm. This attracts a very broad crowd from the local businesses, residents and people visiting the local gallery / theatre.
The right person will be someone who is very passionate about food and service, capable of working along side the management team to ensure the standards are met, and someone who can be very hands on at all times. Another element of this role is to manage the private dining room function diary. You will have been an Assistant Manager for at least 18months within a very foodie environment and have the skills to train and develop a team inside a high volume restaurant.
