This privately owned French deluxe brasserie-styled all-day dining concept caters to a high-end clientele and we are looking for a strong standards driven Assistant Manager to join their expanding portfolio. With strong expansion plans in place we are looking for Assistant Managers who have the potential to become General Managers.

As Assistant Manager you should demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for ensuring your guests have a great experience each and every time. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who loves passing on their knowledge to the team and will have the skills and experience to develop into General Manager as the business grows.
