An exciting fresh new concept in the food retail sector is looking to increase their management team by adding dynamic, hard working and experienced Assistant Managers to their impressive array of sites.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as an Assistant will be to supervise all areas of the store and ensure that every customer receives the premium service this company has built its reputation on. You will be playing an active role in the team members development; training, mentoring and leading them in a high volume unit. You will be also taking part in the back office duties such as ordering, stock control and other administrative duties.
For this role we need candidates to already be in an Assistant Manager role or higher, ideally in the Food Retail industry. If not, then you will come from a high street restaurant operation. You must have had experience of managing high volume units taking 30k+ a week. We need Assistant Managers to be outgoing, confident, personable and professional. You will need to have experience of processing daily orders , leading a large team and have the hunger and enthusiasm to succeed and develop into a Store Manager.
