Our Client have 30 Restaurants Nationwide with Plansand investment to open another 100 Restaurants over the next 18 months. The styles of Restaurant range from Quick service to Full-Service Restaurants, in Retail outlets, shopping Centres and on the High Street.

·A knowledge of the weekly accounts, rotas and wages
·An understanding of cost of sales and profit and loss accounts and how to increase profitability through effective managing
·Previous experience at a supervisory level
·Previous experience within a catering environment
- An understanding of accounts and general paper work
