You will need to be ambitious, driven and eager whilst have a consistent background working within the Front of House industry. We would envisage you have experience working in high quality establishments, where you have gained impeccable standards and are able to deliver.
Duties of the Assistant Manager:
Supervise functions
Organise rotas
Organise staff
Be in charge of 2 dining areas including the fine dining restaurant and bistro
Work the floor
Oversee the bar
Work with a friendly FOH team
Working a mixture of split shifts
