Job Description:

Our client is a well established, fast growing restaurant group. Their exotic decor and fresh food offers an exciting opportunity for an experience assistant manager.

As the assistant of this flagship restaurant, you will be responsible for the training and development of the existing team to consistently deliver the highest levels of food and service whilst maximizing results. You will report directly into the General Manager who will support and guide you throughout your career.

The suitable candidate should already be successful assistant manager, who has an appetite to grow sales and improve performance in all areas of the business, including training, motivation, development and labour scheduling.

In return there is a competitive salary and bonus package. This position is vacant and immediate interviews and trials are available. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
