Reporting to the General Manager your role will be to support the GM in running the restaurant operation. You will be very operational, spending a large amount of your time on the floor interacting with the wide range of customers the restaurant has. As well as the operational tasks in your role you will play a major part in back office duties, getting involved with setting sales & labour forecasts and working with profit & loss (P&L) sheets.
We need dynamic managers with the ability to galvanise a team and inspire them to success! You must love the buzz of hospitality and being on the floor of a busy restaurant. Excellent customer service is absolutely essential for this company so you must always be willing to go the extra mile and offer customers more than they just expect.

Ideally you will come from a Branded Restaurant background, but we will consider other relevant managerial food service backgrounds, eg hotels, café’s or contract caterers.
