Banqueting Sous Chef - Manchester - Luxury Hotel - Banqueting Sous Chef required for this deluxe hotel in Manchester City Centre. This fine dining establishment is seeking a Banqueting Chef to run its banqueting operation alongside the Banqueting Head Chef and his brigade. You will be catering for up to 300 covers per service with a brigade of up to 7 chefs and you will be working from a large, very well equipped kitchen.
You must have experience of working in a high volume banqueting operation and must be able to produce food to a 2AA Rosette standard.
All food is made from scratch and is within a high profile, well known hotel therefore food has to be of the highest standard.
