Job Description
The Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club have a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Manager to join our team. Your role will be to provide service to the highest achievable standard to all guests having breakfast in the restaurant and to supervise all members of staff to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.

Responsibilities
You will be required to supervise all members of staff to ensure a quality experience is given to all who have breakfast in the restaurant and that breakfast standards are adhered to. You will ensure the level of equipment is sufficient for breakfast. You will be required to train and induct all new and current members of staff. You will be required to maintain a safe working environment, following all Health, Safety and Hygiene legislation. You will ensure that high service standards are maintained at all times. You will develop the restaurant by introducting new service techniques to achieve a more efficient style of service and will review the breakfast organisation at all times if required. You will ensure that all costs are controlled.
