Chef de Partie – 5 days P / Wk – 40 Hrs P / Wk Contract & Paid Overtime (5 Straight Shifts) – London W1 – £20,000 pa

Service: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner, Events & Hospitality (7 day operation)

Role

Working closely with the Executive Head Chef within a brigade of 15 Chefs, responsibilities include:

Daily Mise en Place & Service – Running Designated Section (Excellent Section Rotation)

Ability to Submit Menu Ideas

Stock Control: Station Orders, Deliveries & Storage, Wastage Control

Junior Chef Direction & Ongoing Training

Due Diligence: Food Hygiene, H&S Records & Procedures, Cleaning Rosters

Regular Staff Meetings, Briefings, Tastings, General Development

Candidate Profile

Min 12 months experience at Chef de Partie level within a comparable 4* / 5* Luxury London Hotel business with experience of banqueting essential

Strong all round skill set – organisation, communication, forward planning

Exceptional attention to detail – very standards orientated role with particular focus on delivering unrivalled Fine Dining cuisine

Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role

Salary & Benefits

£20,000 Basic Start Salary pa & Possible Service Charge Allocation & Paid Overtime (beyond 40 Hrs P / Wk contract)

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
