POSITION

MAIN DUTIES
As chef de partie in this award winning kitchen, you will need to be at the top of your game as you will be working very closely with the kitchen team of 12 chefs. The chef de partie must be able to work on every section to a very high standard and be able to work well and calm under pressure. The key thing the chef de partie MUST have is a passion, and wants to keep learning. Ideally you will be coming or have experience in a 4 star hotel with at least 1 rosette.

This hotel is part of a national hotel group that prides it self on using fresh quality ingredients, the hotel has a award winning 2 rosette restaurant for its food and they also have a very strong conference and banqueting trade through out the year so the ideal chef de partie will have good experience in working with large numbers.
