Our client is part of a leading hotel group currently recruiting for a Conference and Banqueting office Manager
The property has several banqueting rooms catering up to 350
The Role: Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within a large conference centre.
- The Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will be responsible for all customer enquiries, show rounds and upselling of the hotels conference and banqueting facilities
- The Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will be reporting directly into the hotel sales / revenue manager
- Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will have at least 2 years experience at assistant level within a similar operation.
