Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager

Our client is part of a leading hotel group currently recruiting for a Conference and Banqueting office Manager

The property has several banqueting rooms catering up to 350

The Role: Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager

Role Criteria

  • The ideal Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within a large conference centre.
  • The Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will be responsible for all customer enquiries, show rounds and upselling of the hotels conference and banqueting facilities
  • The Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • The Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will be reporting directly into the hotel sales / revenue manager
  • Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
  • The successful Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager will have at least 2 years experience at assistant level within a similar operation.
  • Excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant / Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role
