We have a prestigious Host / Hostess vacancy available in our stylish five star lifestyle Booking Office Bar / Restaurant. Duties will include: Greets all customers in a friendly manner upon their entrance to the Bar / restaurant and platform area Ensures all guests are acknowledged and seated promptly Has full knowledge of Booking Office Bar and Lounge and is able to adequately answer customer queries Answers all telephone calls to the Booking Office Bar and Lounge, arranges any requested reservations Strives to fully accommodate all guest requests Always maintains a 5 star level of customer service under ALL circumstances Establishes rapport with repeat guests


Requirements:Indigenous: Candidates must be extremely well presented in line with our five star Luxury Lifestyle standards.

Successful candidates will have a deep understanding and a passion for a five star approach to guest satisfaction within beverage and food. Outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, ambition, a desire to work as part of a creative team and a willingness to learn something new each day should be skills that you will be able to demonstrate naturally. Preferred candidates ideally should be currently working in the luxury five star industries at present and be up to date with recent beverage lifestyle concepts within the local market place.
