Job Description
'Live the Highcliff Style'Delivering a unique set of experiences for all guests and associatesA great opportunity has arisen at the Highcliff Hotel within our Food & Beverage Team for the position of Food & Beverage Associate. You will be working alongside a great team of Associates, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.We are looking for an individual that has an excellent attention to detail, is highly organised and has a passion for working in Food & Beverage.

Requirements

Experience

. Previous Restaurant experience required, in terms of service

Skills and Knowledge

. Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing). Micros. Highly organized and efficient approach required . Ability to manage varying needs and prioritizing to ensure best business results

Education or Certification

. Qualification in Math's and English (GCSE or above). Basic Food Hygiene

Responsibilities

The experience, skills and knowledge and education/certification components of the Candidate Profile should be presented as preferences rather than requirements unless an individual would not be hired for the position without these. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for years of experience.
